Having worked extensively throughout Africa, Asia, and China and having lived in Turkey for nine years as a child, Jim is highly comfortable with the ambiguity that routinely accompanies being an expat. A former Muslim, Jim is passionate about God’s Word and leadership. Nothing excites him more than seeing God minister to people, change their spiritual and physical condition, and lead them to impact others as a result of His Word, love, grace, and sacrifice. Jim has a history of success delivering cross-cultural initiatives that support the attainment of Evangelical and organizational goals, ensure regulatory compliance and financial transparency, capture efficiency improvements, and drive multimillion-dollar global program growth.
When not off exploring, Jim, his wife, and three young children reside in Marion, Iowa. They can often be found seeking outdoor adventure, especially fishing, downhill skiing, and creek stomping.
